About Jenny

For over 25 years Jenny has dedicated her life to helping organisations and individuals grow and achieve success through strong leadership, employee engagement programmes and individual and organisational change initiatives.

Over the last 10 years she has successfully led and implemented a range of UK and International programmes across the UK, Europe and Globally. She works at an organisational, team and individual level, across functions and levels of seniority. 

She has had 18 years of success working with leading blue chip organisations within the Pharmaceutical and Retail Industry and has been awarded with European and Global awards for outstanding performance in sales and people development.

She has worked within a variety of Sales, Learning and Development and Leadership roles. She has also been ranked within the top 10% of global leaders for her ability to inspire and motivate others.

Jenny has a strong commercial and business focus alongside her understanding of employee engagement enabling any change to reflect in bottom line results
