Personal and Organisational Accountability
The purpose of this programme (which can be rolled out organisationally or within a team) is to build personal accountability for everyone in the organisation. This is one of the most simple and powerful strategies you can employ within your business. By developing personal accountability people take higher ownership for work and results and the blame culture quickly diminishes.
