Inspiring Presentations & Influencing
The art of presenting is one of the most feared activities that human kind can do. Actually public speaking is feared more than death itself! We all know however good we are at presenting we could get better and most of us don’t get enough practice to perfect the art.
There are a number of key elements in designing and delivering an excellent presentation whether you are looking to get a message across, influence thinking and behaviour, build enthusiasm for an idea, get commitment to buy a product, idea or person, build leadership status and credibility, demonstrate expertise or just share knowledge and understanding.
Presentations can be done in a number of ways and we all know the ones that work and the ones that don’t! There are a number of critical elements that can make public speaking easier to deliver, more impactful and a lot more enjoyable. We look at a number of theories to help prepare and plan presentations including the concept of “narrative intelligence” by Stephen Denning, well known structure and planning techniques used by public speaking agencies as well as NLP techniques to build on the impact of delivery. We work with a number of highly skilled graphic designers to create the look and feel of the most highly professional presentations once the creative content has been built if this is also what you need.
