People that have a strong belief in their capability think, feel and behave differently from those that doubt their abilities. People that have belief have confidence and take calculated risks, they feel motivated and inspired to reach for higher goals and achievements. These in turn very quickly equate to increases in performance and results. One of the healthiest attributes people to have is a belief that if they attempt something they will succeed. This encourages people in all areas of an organisation to push forward and upward.
Leaders have a huge influence in how people feel about themselves and are able to shape how people feel about themselves and the future.
Inspired and motivated employees are proactive, don’t wait to be asked, take the initiative and take full ownership for results and mistakes. People that are inspired have greater ownership for outcomes and passionate about what they do.
