How to become an inspired leader?

We are very fortunate that the area of Inspirational Leadership has been at the forefront of many research findings of late including the groundbreaking findings of Zenger and Folkman (2009) “The Inspiring Leader” as well as the work by John Adair “The Inspirational Leader”.

Within all of the findings there are some common themes that demonstrate some essential principles and behaviours of inspirational leaders that can be learnt and adopted by the most amateur leader to  inspire and motivate their people to get better results as well as change the feel and culture of even the most disfunctional teams.

These critical elements are covered in our “Secret Sauce” programme as well as in all one to one and group coaching interventions.

Some of the key qualities include  the ability to engage and emotionally connect with people, the ability to set stretch and inspiring goals, the skill of communicating powerfully as well as being at service to others to deliver results.
